PAPAA Digital Development
We’re pleased to announce the launch of a major project we’ve been working on intensively during 2019 –the digital presence for PAPAA: The Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis Alliance.
PAPAA supports and advises people affected by psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis: patients, families and professionals. We’ve consolidated website, membership systems, eLearning and ecommerce into a single administrable entity, and following a thorough discovery process have improved user journeys across the board.
To bring the different systems together under one roof we’ve clarified and streamlined the different types of membership available. A simple public/professional profile is now the first stage registration, with other membership types built upon those, signposted via the user profile page and throughout the site.
The main website addresses complex needs of patients and professionals and we’ve drawn out the detailed information about conditions and treatments to feed into a filtered Knowledge Bank section, leaving a more streamlined main site that targets specific users to core information that addresses their more urgent needs.
PAPAA’s new shop is now also integrated into the membership system along with the eLearning and main site user profiles.
For the eLearning solution we built a bespoke integrated production tool allowing PAPAA to create any number of courses with rich content, revision exercises, formal testing processes and certification.
